What was even more alarming was the lack of attention to cleanliness and hygiene. On multiple occasions, we witnessed bartenders using the same utensils, such as spoons, for different drinks without washing them in between. The blenders were also not cleaned properly, as the same lid was used for multiple drinks, resulting in cross-contamination of flavors and ingredients.
